Black Meridian is an invite-only platform for systematic traders running their own capital. This page describes how the marketing site at blackmeridian.one handles information you provide.

What we collect

When you submit the access-request form, we collect the name and email you enter, and the free-text description of your trading. Nothing else. The site has no cookies, no third-party analytics, no fingerprinting, and no advertising trackers.

How it's stored

Submissions are forwarded as plain email to the operator's inbox via Resend, our transactional email provider. We do not store form submissions in any other database. Resend retains the message in their logs per their privacy policy.

What we do with it

We read your message, decide whether the platform fits, and reply. If we onboard you, your contact details move to the invite system at app.blackmeridian.one and the marketing-site copy is archived. If we don't onboard you, we keep your message until we've responded, then archive it.

Your rights

Ask us to delete your information at any time and we will. Email the operator at the address listed in the reply you received, or use the request form to send a deletion request.

The trading application

The application at app.blackmeridian.one is a separate system with its own privacy policy. Sign in there to see how operational data (positions, trades, settings) is handled.
